Urgent Care
Urgent Care is provided for those immediate medical needs that are not life threatening.
Here are some examples of Urgent Care situations*:
- Shortness of breath
- An asthma attack that medications are not helping
- Cuts that may need stitches
- Possible broken bones
- An object in an eye or an eye infection
- Animal bites
- A minor burn
- Sprains and/or strains
- Sore throat, flu, earache, common cold symptoms
Urgent Care is not intended to be a substitute for a Primary Care Provider (PCP). No referral or authorization is necessary to access services from our urgent care centers.

Anunciacion Ando, MD
Board Certified, Family Practice - Urgent Care Clinic [Hesperia]
Dr. Ando received her Medical Doctorate from the Cebu Institute of Medicine in Cebu City, Philippines. She then went on to complete a rotating internship at St. Mary Hospital in Huntington, West Virginia and a General Practice Residency at Roger Memorial Hospital in Washington D.C. Dr. Ando also had a private practice here in the High Desert from 1982 to 1997.

Jonathan Luna, PA-C
Board Certified, Family Medicine - Urgent Care Clinic [Victorville]
Physician Assistant Luna is Board Certified in Family Practice. He performed his medical schooling at Riverside County Regional Medical Center in Moreno Valley, where he also performed his internship. He speaks some Spanish and especially enjoys treating and advising his patients on urgent medical matters. When not hard at work, he enjoys dirt bike riding and camping.

Jeremy Winderweedle, PA-C
Urgent Care Clinic [Victorville]
Jeremy Winderweedle, PA-C was born and raised in Southern California and has been a resident of Apple Valley since 1997. He graduated from UC Irvine in 1997 with a Bachelor of Science in Biological Sciences. He then went on to graduate from Western University of Health Sciences with a Masters in Physician Assistant Studies in 2002. Since graduating Jeremy has worked in the High Desert doing primary care, cardiothoracic surgery and providing Urgent Care for High Desert Primary Care for the past year.
